Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.

Short breaks are available all year. Please call for prices for breaks other than 3 or 7 nights.

Last minute breaks available, 20% off for bookings within 10 days of start date! Please phone for last minute bookings.

A 30% deposit is due within 5 days of booking.

Balance is due 8 weeks before start date, if you need to cancel or change your mind before this is due, your deposit will be returned in full.

Book your 2012 holiday in January, for a deposit of only £50. If you change your mind but let us know 8 weeks before your holiday, your deposit will be fully refunded.
